i have no idea what Genso Senki Rulilura is. Never see the manga around at all. It was serialized in the magazine “Game Gather” ( ゲームぎゃざ ) from January 2002 until March 2003. And I can’t believe Megahouse dig up this old figure just now. The original version of this figure was released in October 2007, and it was HobbyJapan magazine mail-in exclusive. Althought this figure was from 2 years ago, the quality is still better than most of the figures these days.
